• 1 large sweet potato
• oil
• salt, pepper, spices
I was making something else using sweet potatoes (blog post in the future!) which is why I have 3 here.

1. Pre-heat oven to 450° F. Line your baking pan with aluminum foil.
2. Peel the potato and slice it into a fry-like shape.
3. Put the fries into a ziplock bag and add a couple drizzles of oil and spices of your choice.
I used garlic, salt, and pepper :)
Shake it so you can evenly coat your fries!

4. Dump all your fries onto your baking pan.
Blop!
5. Add a bit of corn starch if you have some around the house. It'll help make the fries more crispy :)
Make sure you toss them around so there's no residual powder.
6. Organize them so that they are all in a line and none are overlapping each other. This will help even out the cooking time.
7. Put it in the oven for 15 minutes. Flip each fry, and then put it back in for another 15 minutes.
If you hear little oil popping noises, you're doing something right!
8. Voila :)
They aren't really that burnt. My photo was just really dark :)
Also, if you like eating your fries with a dipping sauce, by all means.. Don't hold back! >:)
