It is the perfect little snack (given that it isn't a 'little' snack if you're like me and eat 3 in one sitting...) on a perfect autumn day. Imagine indulging in one of these babies while drinking a hot cup of coffee as you're wrapped up in your fall knits! Just perfect.
Part of their new collection, there is a duo you must try. I also really enjoyed the name of it - Romeo & Juliet. Romeo is covered in an alunga and hazelnut praline ganache with a gianduja glaze topped with chopped hazelnuts and praline grains, while Juliet is filled with a 75% dark chocolate cream with a raspberry compote. Both are very rich in chocolate, and I love it!
The one I would go back to try, that I didn't get a chance to because they were so popular, is the Cookies 'N Milk eclair. It is a chocolate eclair encrusted in chocolate sablé crumble sandwiched in between rich cream and chocolate pearls. The best part? It comes with a shot of milk - how fun!
