Bosk, at the Shangri-La, is Patio Ready!

If you're looking to relax on a patio with some delicious bites and refreshing sangria, I have an idea for you.

Last week, Alice (from Meet & Eats) & I got the chance to visit BoskShangri-La Hotel's signature restaurant, in Toronto for their 2016 patio launch. Besides being in a gorgeous space, they showcased a new patio menu filled with lots of great eats by Executive Chef Damon Campbell paired with delicious cocktails, including their signature sangria.

The space is decorated with mesmerizing fire pits and comfy couches to sit on while sipping on sangria. Or, they have tables for you to sit at and eat to your heart's content.

Bosk offers three versions of sangria (white, rosé, and red) and they can be served in glasses or a pitcher. Our favourite was the rosé sangria, called Pretty in Pink - rosé wine, peach schnapps, grapefruit juice, gingerale, and infused with fresh strawberries and peaches. It's my kind of refreshing fruity summer drink!

As Bosk served food out in platters at a time, we slowly collected our faves for you to feast with your eyes. Here we have a platter full of fresh oysters, bowl of olives, ahi tuna sashimi bites, bosk sliders, pork lettuce wraps, chimichurri fries, and crispy calamari. You can check out the rest of their menu here.

The three items that I could not stop eating were the crispy calamari, beef tartare, & chimichurri fries. The fries were topped with with manchego cheese, spiced salt and chimichurri aioli. I was in love with the chimichurri aioli!

Bosk's patio will be open all summer, and will accommodate all your patio needs from comfort and relaxation, to cocktails and food. See? Wasn't this just the best idea?
